PRINTREVIVE

Choosing PDF, Word, images or HTML

Choose a download format for printing, editing or sharing, and inspect its limitations before delivery.

PDF for positioned output

PDF is useful for sharing a fixed page layout. PrintRevive embeds rendered page images; do not assume it contains editable text or a searchable text layer.

Check paper size and print scaling. Fit to page and actual size can produce different margins. Review page counts, clipped text and table lines before submission.

Word for editable text and tables

DOCX arranges editable text and tables in reading order rather than preserving every absolute position. Fonts and the Word application can change wrapping, table widths and page breaks.

Compare complex columns and posters with PDF output. File structure, text, tables and embedded images have been checked; identical rendering in every Word application is not guaranteed.

PNG or JPG for image sharing

PNG is useful for small text and rules, while JPG can suit photo-heavy material. Both deliver page images rather than directly editable text.

Multiple pages are downloaded as a ZIP of individually named page images. Extract it and verify the order and page count.

HTML for a browser layout

HTML downloads positioned document elements for viewing or modification in a browser. It is not a spreadsheet or a complete website conversion. Inspect the included content and images before sharing.

Keep a separate editing backup

An output file and a PrintRevive JSON backup serve different purposes. The backup lets you reopen recent editable results; it does not replace the original photo or PDF. Keep that original separately for future comparison.
